Office space and production facilities rent price
Production business activities:
- in first year the rent is free
- in the second year tenants pay 25% of the market value of the rent
- in the third year tenants pay 50% of the market value of the rent
- in the fourth year tenants pay 75% of the market value of the rent
- in the fifth year tenants pay 100% of the market value of the rent
Services business activity:
- first 6 months the rent is free
- from 6th to 12th month tenants pay 25% of the market value of the rent
- in the second year tenants pay 50% of the market value of the rent
- in the third year tenants pay 75% of the market value of the rent
- after third year tenants pay 100% of the market value of the rent
- if a tenant provides other tenants with certain services, it is possible to prolong its stay in the incubator in which case the client pays 100% of the market value of the rent
Market value of the rent:
- 25,00 kn/m2 for production business activities
- 30,00 kn/m2 for services business activities
- 10,00 kn/m2 for warehouse space
- 4,00 kn/m2 for parking space
