The BIOS Business Incubator, as part of the IntergrAGE project, held a workshop aimed at recommending measures for Age Management. These recommendations will serve as valuable inputs for BIOS in the ongoing implementation of the IntergrAGE project, aiding the development of a strategic document designed to facilitate the healthy integration of the workforce over the age of 55 into their existing roles in Croatia, while also enabling them to remain competitive in the job market. Employers, in turn, are expected to benefit from a more satisfied and high-quality workforce.

This engaging and timely event gathered representatives from the Association for Creative Development Slap, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, the Croatian Employers' Association, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the County Chamber of Osijek, the Civic Democratic Initiative Project (P.G.D.I.), and the Croatian Employment Service, Osijek.
