PHP031 is a community meetup that brings together enthusiasts of computers, programming, and anyone who works with or has contact with PHP development.

This is the first in a series of meetups planned to take place every two months.

The sponsor of the first edition was the company Netgen, and the talks covered topics such as communication between developers and PMs, as well as the use of monads in functional programming.

Around 30 IT professionals from Osijek and Slavonia attended, along with a few guests from Zagreb and Split. After the talks, the gathering continued with pizza and beer.
