The starting price of the equipment listed represents 50% of its original purchase value.
All equipment is used and sold in its current condition on an "as-is" basis, with no subsequent complaints accepted. Business Incubator BIOS Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any material defects, and the buyer waives all rights related to liability for defects.
Viewing the Equipment
Equipment can be inspected at J. J. Strossmayera 341, Osijek, from January 14, 2025, to February 13, 2025, on business days from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, by prior appointment via phone at +385 31 209 955.
Terms and Conditions
- All disassembly, transportation, and collection costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The call for bids is open to all legally capable individuals and entities.
- Bids must be submitted in writing via post or in person to the company’s offices by Friday, February 14, 2025, no later than 12:00 PM, in a sealed envelope marked "Equipment Bid."
The bid should include:
- Bidder’s information (name, address, tax ID/OIB), contact person, and contact details (phone, email).
- The serial number and name of the equipment, along with the offered price.
- Offered prices must be in Euros, excluding VAT, and cannot be lower than the starting price in the table.
- Bidders may submit offers for one or more pieces of equipment.
Public Opening of Bids
Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, February 14, 2025, in the A Conference Room of Business Incubator BIOS Ltd., starting at 1:00 PM.
Selection Criteria
The highest offered price will determine the winning bid. Results will be announced on February 17, 2025, on the official website of Business Incubator BIOS Ltd.
In case the initial highest bidder withdraws, the next highest bidder, whose offer exceeds the starting price, will be considered.
Obligations of the Selected Bidder
The selected bidder must pay the invoice and collect the equipment within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
Business Incubator BIOS Ltd. reserves the right not to select any bid.
By submitting a bid, the bidder explicitly agrees that Business Incubator BIOS Ltd. may collect, use, and process all provided personal and other data for the purpose of the bid process, in compliance with data protection regulations and this invitation.
