The LEAD Conference, organized by AIESEC in Croatia, was held at the BIOS Entrepreneurial Incubator. Around twenty young leaders from Osijek, Zagreb, and Zadar participated in the event.

LEAD (Learn, Engage, Activate, Deliver) is a conference focused on developing and strengthening leadership skills among AIESEC leaders, primarily presidents, vice presidents, and team leaders.

Over the course of two intensive days, the national board of AIESEC in Croatia conducted interactive workshops to educate local committee representatives on key aspects of leadership, team management, and coordination. Participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices from their local committees, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented atmosphere.
