As part of the international IntegrAGE project, the fourth Peer Learning Group seminar was held on June 11, focusing on lifelong learning, employee needs assessment, and age-friendly work practices. The seminar brought together participants from 10 European countries – Slovenia, Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia – further highlighting the importance of managing age diversity in the workplace.

The Business Incubator BIOS also contributed by presenting a video showcasing its approach to Age Management. Through real-life examples, BIOS demonstrated how it fosters intergenerational cooperation within a community of more than 60 companies and over 150 employees. The emphasis was placed on lifelong learning, flexible working conditions, mutual respect, and knowledge transfer between generations.

The video also featured BIOS’s partners: the City of Osijek, the Development Agency of the Municipality of Erdut – PORC, and representatives from the Panonreg Regional Development Agency in Subotica, confirming that collaboration in the field of Age Management transcends borders and connects similar initiatives across the region.

This international exchange of experiences and good practices further enriched the seminar, and BIOS once again demonstrated that even in a smaller environment, it is possible to successfully build an inclusive, sustainable, and connected work environment.
