On June 17, 2025, BIOS Business Incubator, in cooperation with the Association for Creative Development SLAP, organized a pilot workshop for the "Train the Trainer" curriculum developed within the IntegrAGE project. The workshop was held at the BIOS premises in Osijek and focused on testing Module 6 – Age-Adapted Employment Practices and Gradual Retirement Strategies. The workshop was facilitated by Emilija Malovčak, representative of BIOS.

As part of the Croatian pilot activities, Module 1 – Understanding the Unique Needs, Motivation and Challenges of Older Workers was tested on June 10, 2025. This workshop was led by Sonja Vuković from the Association for Creative Development SLAP.

Workshop participants included representatives of organizations that provide support in the fields of employment and entrepreneurship.

The IntegrAGE project is funded by the European Union through the Interreg Danube Region programme. The pilot phase is being implemented in all partner countries (Croatia, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina). Feedback and recommendations collected during the pilot workshops will be used to further improve the curriculum and validate it in the final phase of the project. This ensures the curriculum’s effectiveness, relevance, and long-term sustainability as a training tool for trainers and professionals working with the target group of older employees in the participating countries.
