As part of the Acceleration program implemented by HAMAG-BICRO, the BIOS Business Incubator hosted a presentation of 15 startups from the Osijek Startup Accelerator (OSA) and the Regional Consortium for Supporting the Development of New Services and Products.
Aron Gašpić from Acoden Development presented the game Chaos on Wheels Online. Jelena Ilić from Afungus introduced a project involving mycorrhizal fungi isolated from weeds, which significantly improve plant growth and resilience to environmental conditions and diseases. Dinko Kurtagić from Scoutwizz presented a platform designed to enhance scouting services in sports. Vanesa Kereš, Lea Ivičin, and Mario Salai from AI Sight showcased an application and device intended for blind and visually impaired persons. Antonio Pastor and AP Metala presented an improved device for vice clamping. Bruno Bakula from Big Small Games introduced the game From Basement with Love. Josip Vincetić from Downtown Game Studio presented the game Dark Queen of Samobor. Mihaela Marinković presented the Guide for You project – an innovative wooden info point with NFC technology. Tomislav Barbarić from K2 Projekti presented a platform for assessing investment potential. Mario Salai from PlantOn introduced an innovative concept of remote vegetable cultivation. Domagoj Lončarić from Regulus Advanced Systems showcased a smart NFC spot device for tracking working hours combined with access control. Adam Vuič from Torus Inc. presented the game Sigma Centauri. Josip Salaić from VU-creator introduced personalized wooden playhouses for children. Željko Udovčić from Solid Code Systems showcased an intuitive interface that allows students to choose between visual block programming and traditional text-based coding. Ivan Perković from Agro Perfectum presented advanced drone technologies for agricultural land imaging and analysis to improve efficiency.
The presentation was attended by representatives of five VC funds – Stevica Kuharski from Fill Rouge Capital, Tomislav Nikočević from SQ Capital, Kristan Kek from Silicon Gardens, Karlo Kukec from Vesna VC, and Lordan Hristov from South Central Ventures.
They briefly presented their funds and investment models and actively followed all the presentations, asking questions and providing valuable feedback.
The event concluded with a reception and networking, during which entrepreneurs had the opportunity to receive additional advice and information directly from the investors.
